Individual Counselling
Individual therapy provides space to focus on general challenges, issues, and concerns, as well as any of my specialty areas. I also support clients interested in focusing on personal growth, betterment and holistic wellbeing. Learn more about my approach and specialty areas.

Substance Use Counselling
Specialized focus on substance use for clients seeking therapy and/or treatment for their substance use behaviour. My approach seeks to meet individuals wherever they are in their relationship to the substances they use and provide care and treatment options that are individually customized. This may include harm reduction, care planning, treatment system navigation, individual therapy, and relapse prevention.

Psychedelic Harm Reduction & Integration
Psychedelic Harm Reduction & Integration sessions provide support to prepare for and/or integrate psychedelic experiences in a variety of settings such as retreats, ceremonies, microdosing, recreational experiences, and others. This process is tailored to your individual interest and needs. Preparation sessions include focus on intention setting, considerations for set and setting, harm reduction education, information about avoiding pitfalls, discussion on how to maximize the likelihood of benefit, and more. Integration sessions provide support to individuals who have had both challenging and positive experiences to process their experiences, draw out further insight and meaning, and determine how to translate their experiences into their life.

Consultation
I provide services as a consultant and educator in a number of specialty areas including harm reduction, substance use, psychedelic-assisted therapy, and psychedelic harm reduction and integration.

Fee negotiated on an individual basis
Rate
My standard rate is $160 for a 60 minute session. If the fee is a barrier to entering or continuing therapy, please ask about sliding scale options.
Extended Health
Many extended health benefit plans cover counselling provided by Registered Social Workers (RSW). Clients are asked to pay out of pocket for each session and will receive a receipt which can be submitted to their extended health plan for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given then the full session fee will apply.
